E-commerce Platform and Payments

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We accept payments via two payment service providers: Shopify Payments and Paytrail.

Shopify Payments processes your transactions securely. By using this payment method, you agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Shipment of Products

Shipping costs for products will be calculated at checkout and added to the price of the products. We ship products from two different locations.

Book Orders Fulfilled by BookVault

Perfect bound books in our collections are printed and shipped by BookVault from their facilities in the United Kingdom.

Print time is typically 3-5 business days after your order is placed. After books are printed, they are shipped directly to you.

Average shipping times:

  • To USA and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  • To UK and Europe: 3 to 5 business days

Other Orders

Other products, such as hard bound books and tools are shipped from Rödmossa Oy's office located in Finland. 

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved we will ship your order. Shipments are processed in 2-5 business days, not including weekends or local holidays. Delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.

We use Parcel Connect and Posti Priority for international shipments. For domestic shipments inside Finland we use Posti Priority & Matkahuolto.

Once your delivery is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow its path.

Customs Fees

Please note that all costs related to local customs are not covered by us or the shipping fee. The customer is responsible for any excess customs fees, costs or taxes related to the delivery of the product.

Currently we do not offer shipments outside the countries mentioned above. You can however contact us directly to enquire shipment prices for your location.
